Emergencies

CityVets Exeter, alongside our out of hours partner practice St Boniface, provides for your pet emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you need us, we have experienced vets available throughout the day and night for emergency veterinary attention or advice.

If you have an emergency during our normal opening hours, then please contact your local branch. You will find details of all our branch opening hours and contact details if you click on one of the links above.

If possible, please telephone before you arrive to forewarn us. Arrangements will then be made to examine your pet at the Surgery as quickly as we can. When you phone us, please provide us with your phone number so we can call you straight back if we are cut off.

Try to stay calm so you can give us as much information as possible about your emergency so that we can give you the best possible advice for your pet.

Important: Please do not give your injured pet food or drink as we may need to administer an anaesthetic

The initial Out of Hours consultation charge is £163.40 inc VAT.
